FE mentoring framework and guide
Did you know? – Mentoring is recognised as one of the most effective methods of CPD for practitioners.
As a leader or manager, you play a crucial role in encouraging and enabling a culture of learning in your organisation. Cognition Learning Group’s FE mentoring framework equips you with the tools you’ll need to make your mentoring initiatives truly effective – providing you with a comprehensive guide to the conditions and practices that allow mentoring to thrive.
To further support you, we’ve also developed a Guide for Leaders and Managers, which complements the mentoring framework. The guide contains valuable information and ideas designed for managers and leaders, detailing how to implement or enhance mentoring programmes within an organisation.
You can access both resources through the following links:
If you’ve got any questions or you need extra support implementing/enhancing your initiatives, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
