Welcome to Cognition Learning Group’s Mentoring Resource Library, which provides the Further Education (FE) sector with access to free and on-demand resources.
At present, the Mentoring Resource Library contains a mentoring framework and four supporting guides for mentors, mentees, mentoring coordinators and leaders/managers. These valuable resources were developed with practitioners and leaders from the FE sector to support FE practitioners in understanding their role in the professional development of teachers and trainers.
