FE mentoring framework and guides

Did you know? – Mentoring is recognised as one of the most effective methods of CPD for practitioners. But to properly harness the power of mentoring, you need the best possible foundation for it.

Cognition Learning Group’s FE mentoring framework equips you with the tools you’ll need to facilitate truly effective mentoring in your organisation – providing you with a comprehensive guide to the conditions and practices that allow mentoring to thrive.

To accompany the framework, we’ve also created a concise guide that’s tailored to mentoring coordinators’ needs.

We’ve developed our framework and Guide for mentoring coordinators collaboratively, with input from professionals and leaders in the FE sector. Both resources are designed to support you in establishing robust mentee-mentor relationships.
